How Every Service Begins
Assessment
The watch is examined and a written condition note is prepared. This document describes the current state, what is recommended, and what the work will cost.
Agreement
The owner reviews the assessment and confirms they are comfortable to proceed. No work begins until this step is complete.
Work & Return
The service is carried out, timing is verified, and the watch is returned. For longer restoration projects, progress updates are provided along the way.
Service 01
Essential Service Package

A foundational service for watches currently in use. The movement is disassembled, cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, freshly lubricated with calibre-appropriate oils, and regulated on a timing machine. A written condition note is prepared and the owner is informed of anything that may need attention later — without pressure to act.
Well-suited to watches worn regularly whose last service was five or more years ago, or pieces recently acquired second-hand whose service history is unknown. Most movements are returned within two to four weeks.

Service 02
Bezel & Crystal Service

A focused repair for watches whose bezel has worn, scratched, or loosened, or whose crystal has cracked, hazed, or fogged over time. A suitable replacement crystal is sourced and fitted; the bezel is attended to for action or finish; and the case is resealed where its design allows.
Parts and associated costs are confirmed with the owner before fitting — the choice of crystal type (mineral, sapphire, or acrylic, depending on the period and model) is always discussed rather than assumed. Particularly suited to sports and dive watches that have seen active use.

Full Restoration for Collectible Watches

A thorough, sympathetic restoration for collectible and inherited watches, carried out at a pace that protects fragile or irreplaceable components. The work may include movement repair, sourcing of period-correct parts, treatment of wear and corrosion, dial conservation, and return to reliable use — all while preserving the original character of the piece.
Each restoration begins with a careful assessment and a written plan agreed together. Nothing proceeds without the owner's understanding of the scope and approach. Recommended for pieces of personal significance, inherited timepieces, or watches with collector or historical value.

Standards Across All Services
Shared Technical Protocols
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Components cleaned in an ultrasonic bath with appropriate watchmaking solution. Dried thoroughly before reassembly.
Calibre-Specific Oils
Only lubricants appropriate to each component type are used — jewel oils, grease, and epilame treatment where applicable.
Timing Verification
Rate and amplitude checked on a timing machine in multiple positions after every service involving the movement.
Documentation
A written condition record is prepared for each watch and retained for reference. The owner receives their copy.
