Each service is priced clearly and begins with an honest assessment. Nothing proceeds without your knowledge and agreement.
Essential Service Package
A foundational service for watches currently in use — covering a thorough clean of the movement, fresh lubrication, and timing regulation. We provide a written condition note and explain anything worth watching for, without any pressure to act.

Bezel & Crystal Service
Focused repair for worn bezels and damaged crystals. We fit a suitable replacement crystal, attend to the bezel's action or finish, and reseal the case where the design permits — restoring both appearance and protection.

Full Restoration

Things People Often Ask
How long does a service typically take?
Most Essential Service Package work is completed within two to four weeks. Bezel and crystal work is often quicker — usually one to two weeks. Full restorations vary depending on the watch's condition and parts availability; we discuss a realistic timeframe during the initial assessment before any work is agreed.
Do I need to bring the watch in person?
Visiting the workshop in person is the most straightforward way to begin. We can assess the watch in front of you and answer questions immediately. If you are outside the Pattaya area, please contact us first to discuss the safest way to proceed.
Will I be told about costs before work starts?
Absolutely. After the initial assessment we provide a written condition note and a clear cost outline. Nothing proceeds until you have reviewed this and indicated you are comfortable to continue. Any additional findings discovered during work are communicated before further action is taken.
Can you service any watch brand?
We work with a wide range of mechanical and automatic watches. Some very recent models from major manufacturers may require manufacturer-specific tools or proprietary components that are not available to independent workshops. If this applies to your watch, we will be straightforward about it at the assessment stage.
Is the Full Restoration right for my watch?
The Full Restoration is designed for collectible, inherited, or historically significant pieces where preserving original character matters as much as mechanical function. If your watch has personal meaning or market value, it is worth discussing whether a conservative restoration is the appropriate path — we are happy to advise without any obligation.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is accepted in Thai Baht. Cash is always welcome. We also accept bank transfer via PromptPay. Payment is typically settled on collection of the completed watch. For restoration work a partial advance may be discussed when parts sourcing is required.
